Key Responsibilities:
Manage, develop, and mentor a team of equipment engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop and enforce tool standards and procedures, ensuring compliance across the department.
Lead critical projects, including new equipment installation, relocations, and process optimizations.
Analyse tool performance data, compile reports, and present findings with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to specifications and minimizing downtime.
Investigate root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement emergency tool recovery plans.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and industry regulations.
