Lead the Future of Nanoscale Technologies

You will cultivate an open, collaborative, and dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and innovation, driving solutions for our customers. As an experienced leader and a key member of the Business Unit management team, you will guide your group toward technical excellence, customer-centric innovation, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop company activities in Nanoscale Technologies, focusing on surfaces, interfaces, and sensing applications.
• Drive technical excellence by pushing the boundaries of current innovations.
• Oversee the group’s financial performance and project portfolio.
• Contribute strategically to the technology roadmap and project acquisition.
• Lead and support your team by setting annual objectives, conducting appraisals, identifying training needs, and providing guidance.
• Foster strong collaborations with industrial partners and research institutions.
• Inspire creativity and promote a culture of openness and teamwork.
• Represent the company at key industry events, workshops, and conferences.

Your Profile:
You are a motivated expert with strong leadership experience, holding an MS or PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related technical field. Your proven track record includes:

• Expertise in nanoscale science and technologies at the intersection of physics and chemistry.
• Deep understanding of surface and interface physics, chemistry, and fabrication processes.
• Experience in sensing technologies, including chemical detection and applications.
• Knowledge of surface modification, functionalization, structuration, and coatings (liquid and vapor phase).
• Familiarity with micro- and nano-fabrication processes, including DOE, SPC, and Stage & Gate qualification.
• Proficiency in nanoparticle and nanocomposite engineering (design, synthesis, and characterization).
• Application of developed technologies in fields such as MEMS, health/environmental sensors, aeronautics, aerospace, watchmaking, energy, and life sciences.
• Successful technology development and transfer into industrial applications.
• Strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, leading with vision and confidence.
