ROLE: Key Account Manager – EMEA (Military, Security & Environmental Markets)
LOCATION: Cologne/Düsseldorf area

Your Role: Diverse and Strategic
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Support strategic customers and develop new relationships through targeted outreach in the Military, Security, and Environmental segments.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and recommend solutions for challenges like Chemical Warfare agents, Narcotics, Drugs, and Explosives detection.
- Strategic Account Development: Coordinate and grow key accounts across the EMEA region, ensuring consistent alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Execution: Drive account growth with proactive account management, forecasting, and detailed recordkeeping in our CRM system.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate on sales strategies, identify market needs, and execute initiatives like trade shows, marketing campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Distributor Relations: Work closely with the distribution manager to develop and manage distributors, ensuring top-tier performance in the Military, Security, and Environmental markets.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute mailing campaigns, webinars, and social media strategies.
- Provide monthly reports and assist with annual sales budget preparation.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends through competitor analysis and strategic distributor training.
- Your Profile: Expertise Meets Passion
We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional with:
- A technical or chemical education (degree or comparable qualification).
- At least three years of proven sales experience in a similar field.
- A success-oriented mindset with a quick-learning mentality and strong self-motivation.
- Knowledge of analytical instrumentation (preferred).
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and German (mandatory); additional European languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Benelux and Europe.
