Quality System Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the quality management system
• Define and maintain standard operating procedures and support the definition of work instructions
• Define quality KPIs and the corresponding control strategy
• Organize continuous quality improvement activities with our process manager
• Support certification audits and customer audits as required
• Conduct internal audits and organize external audits
• Provide quality training resources to engineering teams
Required Experience / Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in quality management in a technical and/or electronic and semiconductor assembly environment / research and development / engineering with a focus on product and technology development.
• Certified or familiar with the international standard VDA6.3 & IATF 16949 & ISO
• Comfortable with quality principles, frameworks and techniques (LEAN, Kaizen, 8D)
• Ability to collaborate, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and ensure quality compliance with the company's overall quality vision.
Training Requirements:
• Electrical/Electronics or Applied Science Engineer with a specialization in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science.
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong data analysis, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
