Role: Senior Enterprise Architect - Aerospace and Defence
Location: Preston area (Hybrid)
2 days on site per week for initial onboarding period, then 2 days every other week.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies and solutions that align with the overarching business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to establish and refine architectural standards and frameworks that ensure consistency and best practices across all projects.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire development lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and robust solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and technologies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization through the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in enterprise architecture, ensuring that our client remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within the Aerospace and Defence industry, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of this sector.
• In-depth knowledge of defence and aerospace systems, technologies, and industry standards, including relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex technical challenges effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
