This client is a true innovator in the GNSS & IoT domain, working on cutting-edge and market disrupting digital RF technology. They are at a pivotal point of growth and are looking for a passionate PVT Engineer to join their team.
Job Description
* As a Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) Characterization Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting automated measurement over different conditions for QFN samples on operational mode. The following will be your core responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the internal design team/product management team to meet specifications and measurement requirements effectively.
* Develop and execute SoC PVT characterization test plans in Python to measure the performance of GNSS receiver.
* Collect and organize data to verify RF performance across different operating conditions, such as temperature, voltage, and process corners.
* Utilize Python language including SQL for data management, Jupyter for data visualization and PyQt for creating GUI.
* Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing, including debugging circuits, analyzing data, and proposing solutions in collaboration with design, application and software teams.
* Document test procedures, results, and specifications for datasheet.
* Develop and configure test equipment (hardware/software/automation) in support of performance characterization.
Must haves:
* BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering degree.
* In-depth knowledge and experience with RF circuits including digital PLL and oscillators (Crystal & TCXO.)
* Experienced in PVT characterizing mixed signal devices with firmware, including automated test management, integration, and lab failure troubleshooting.
* Experienced in data management and data visualization.
* Experience conducting large-scale automation lab testing across multiple products concurrently.
* Experience in working with Lab equipment, including PXIe, Spectrum analyzers, Network analyzers, Digitizing Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, DMMs, and programmable power supplies.
