Our client, a global leader in vacuum technology, is seeking a motivated and talented Inside Sales Specialist to join their team.
The Role:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and Developing Opportunities: Proactively identify and qualify potential customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Sales Support: Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.
- Sales Process: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Technical education, ideally mechanical.
- 1 -2 years of experience in sales or a technical role.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of vacuum technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- MUST HAVE Fluency in English and German.
