Job Responsibility:
* Leading strategy, roadmap and product definition of ENS software
* Owner of the legal and commercial framework around the SW product portfolio
* Drive the lifecycle management and SW technical design
* Define business cases and justify the product strategy in front of PL / Segment MT
* Guide the implementation of efficient web-based SW access
* Develop and manage a SW ecosystem and partner network
* Support business users on application incidents/ changes requested on SW environment applications and infrastructure
* Work in close alignment with the automotive SW R&D
* Collaborate with the different automotive product lines to ensure the best solution for a target system
Ideal background:
* MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or similar
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Knowledge of embedded software and semiconductors in particular is mandatory
* Technical background and hands-on experience in Automotive embedded SW and SW development tools
* Solid understanding of SW licensing aspects
* Commercially skilled, able to negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders
* Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills
* Experience in customer or supplier interaction
* Ability to effectively manage global customer base
* Balances strategic vision with strong execution
* Hands-on mentality to drive topics proactively
* Willing to travel to customers WW
