Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Papendrecht (Netherlands)
Onsite 100%
- HSE awareness as applied to manufacturing shop floor
- Resolution of vendor schedule and/or quality issues
- Utilize RCA, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances
- Implement tooling and or production planning, from original concept through to production, with Zero Defect concept
- Analyse repairs/ damage and develop substantiation for dispositions. Develop solutions with repair process schemes & prove-out in production line
- Product development, first article development, configuration changes, build process definition and implementation
- Experience of managing (new) Product / Process introduction (industrialisation) & existing production process improvements
- Working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000
- Working knowledge of machining processes (milling, mill-turn, boring, honing)
- Working knowledge of surface treatment processes (heat treatment, plating, shot-peen, NDI)
