The successful candidate will accelerate company growth in their designated territory within Germany by building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders among existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will leverage a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to develop the most effective commercial strategies.
A strong background in account management within the automotive market is essential, with specific technical expertise in electrical or electronic engineering preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the account manager for key customers in Bavaria region.
• Actively promote the company’s product portfolio and roadmap to both existing customers and new prospects.
• Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity to achieve ambitious sales growth without compromising profitability.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering and purchasing teams.
• Coordinate response teams during the RFQ/RFI phase.
• Enhance sales tools and process efficiency.
• Streamline collaboration between sales, local field application engineers, and the R&D team during project development.
• Provide the Global Product Management team with insights into the market and competitive environment.
• Collaborate with other Sales Managers on global Key Accounts strategy.
• Deliver meaningful regular and ad hoc reports.
Requirements:
• Degree in electrical engineering or electronics.
• A complementary business degree would be an advantage.
• Experience in sales within the power electronics or semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Strong judgment, negotiation, and business skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and a problem solver.
• Result-oriented and motivated by ambitious challenges.
• Ability to effectively sell both internally and externally at all levels and across all functions.
• Fluency in English and German.
Willingness to travel frequently within Germany (up to 30% of the time).
