Position: Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities
This is a position in their sensor product design team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, rethink the current state-of-the-art and push the technology envelope forward. Responsibilities range from specifying design targets, through block partitioning, transistor level design and layout supervision to the validation and debugging of the fabricated silicon.
Candidate should have the following education, experience, and skills:
• Circuit design of mixed-signal building blocks, including analog design of key blocks
• Analysis and optimization of performance
• Design verification
• Design for test, yield, reliability
• Specify and implement functional safety features
• Cooperate with the digital team to define system architecture
• Cooperate with team overseas to develop a test flow for production
• Write documentation for design and architectures
• Participate in the evaluation of silicon in the lab
Qualifications:
• Experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, IC development
• Previous experience in signal processing and sensors strongly desired
• A good understanding of high-speed layout considerations (e.g. parasitics, crosstalk, supply and bias distribution)
• Solid analytical thinking
• Proficient with CAD tool environment and mixed-signal simulation
• Fluent communication in English, French also preferred
• Good communication skills, contribute as a team player in development and design of sensor products
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with analog, digital and test engineers
• Project Management experience
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Self-motivated
