Overview

Join a global leader in high-performance test and measurement technology. Based in the innovation hub of North Rhine-Westphalia, you’ll help design next-gen mixed-signal ASICs for GHz-range applications across semiconductors, communications, and advanced R&D.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-speed (>5 GSa/s, 8+ bit) ADCs, DACs, and full mixed-signal data paths
  • Develop analog subsystems: PLLs, serializers, LDOs, opamps, bandgaps, etc.
  • Own transistor-level design, mixed-mode simulation (Verilog-A/AMS), and top-level integration
  • Collaborate with system, layout, and validation teams
  • Support chip bring-up, lab testing, and root-cause analysis
  • Innovate future architectures in advanced CMOS/BiCMOS (28nm and below)

Requirements

  • MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design and tape-out
  • Strong skills in Cadence, Verilog-A/AMS, lab validation, and debugging
  • Deep knowledge of analog IP blocks and high-speed converters
  • Excellent team and communication skills

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with scripting (Python, MATLAB), EM/signal integrity, or RTL-to-GDS flows
  • Familiarity with 65nm or smaller nodes
  • Background in IC packaging and device modeling
