- Write high-performance code in language like C++, and GLSL shaders for rendering engine
- Implementation experience of eg. PBR shading, mesh skinning, mesh morphing, reflections, soft shadows
- Advanced rendering techniques knowledge and capable of implementing
- Post processing effects
- Real-time ray tracing, global illumination, shading models
- Level-of-detail (LOD), culling, texture streaming
- Understanding about rendering engine software design & architecture and content workflows
- Diagnose and fix complex graphics-related bugs (e.g., shader issues, rendering glitches).
- Use debugging tools like RenderDoc, and other analysis tools to analyze and resolve issues.
