Role Summary:
As Director of GPU Architecture, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping our compute architecture from the ground up. You’ll drive innovation across graphics, AI acceleration, and memory subsystems, working closely with a world-class team of architects, engineers, and researchers to build breakthrough silicon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define architectural direction for high-performance, scalable, and power-efficient GPU systems.
- Lead design efforts across compute, graphics, ML acceleration, and memory hierarchy.
- Collaborate with RTL, software, and verification teams to ensure cohesive architecture implementation.
- Evaluate trade-offs and performance using modeling, simulation, and workload analysis.
- Help build and mentor a high-performing architecture team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications:
- 12–20 years in GPU, CPU, or accelerator architecture with multiple tapeouts.
- Deep knowledge of parallel architectures, shader cores, cache systems, and AI/ML workloads.
- Hands-on with performance modeling tools and hardware/software co-design principles.
- Experience in early-stage product definition and startup or entrepreneurial environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
