This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly experienced international RF team, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge 5G RF products using the latest CMOS technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the specification, architecture, circuit design, verification, and production release of next-gen 5G RF ICs
- Develop innovative architectures and circuits that deliver industry-leading performance and first-silicon success
- Collaborate closely with system engineers, marketing, layout, and manufacturing teams across global locations
- Tackle complex SoC integration challenges and oversee high-quality layout implementation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
- Solid experience in RFIC design with a proven track record of delivering CMOS RF transceivers to volume production
- Deep understanding of RF system analysis and ability to co-define specs with system/application engineers
- Hands-on design expertise in advanced CMOS nodes (16nm and below)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical creativity
- Excellent grasp of RF SoC integration and layout supervision
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
- Highly organised with strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using Cadence Analog Design Environment
- Familiarity with EM simulation tools
- Solid understanding of RF requirements for cellular systems
- Proficiency in Matlab and/or Python for data analysis
