CAD Engineer

Overview

An innovative, independent company developing high-performance image sensors and vision solutions is seeking an experienced CAD Engineer to support and enhance its design infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and automate the setup of design environments and Process Design Kits (PDKs).
• Support and maintain CAD tools and EDA workflows.
• Improve design productivity through scripting, documentation, and tool optimization.
• Maintain IP libraries and ensure secure data management.
• Stay current with CAD tool advancements and lead internal benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Degree in Microelectronics or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with CAD/EDA tools (Cadence preferred).
• Strong scripting (Python, TCL, Shell, etc.) and Linux skills.
• Familiar with Git/Cliosoft and analog/mixed-signal design flows.
• Fluent in technical English.
