Yield Engineering & Process Integration Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced leader to supervise and drive the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department. This role will lead the industrialization of technologies, manage the introduction of new products, and own the operational role in Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the Yield Engineering and Process Integration team, driving their performance towards operational excellence and achievement of KPI targets.
- Lead the industrialization of technologies and new product introductions, from qualification to mass production, ensuring continuous improvement in product yield, capability, and reliability.
- Monitor daily production results for technologies, managing material assessment and disposition during non-conformance events.
- Own the operational role in Process Control, focusing on fab outgoing electrical monitoring and capability improvement.
- Contribute to the process change review board and material review board, collaborating with internal teams including Operations, Process Development, Business Units, and Technical Services.
- Define and deploy department priorities in line with the strategic goals of the business.
- Lead technical comparisons and analysis, working closely with benchmark companies and managing wafer foundries.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Microelectronics or related field.
- Leadership/Management Training and Certification.
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in a high-tech company.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience in Product Yield Engineering and Continuous Technology Improvement.
- Proven expertise in process integration and IC Manufacturing process steps.
- Successful track record in managing teams and focusing on performance and people development.
- Experience in new product introduction, including layout reviews and design rule violation evaluations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to manage complex activities.
- Solid project management experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals.
- Expertise in automotive IC manufacturing and a strong knowledge of automotive core tools, including statistics, data analysis, and risk-based thinking.
