We are looking for an engineer with deep expertise in machine learning, large language models, and code generation, particularly in automated test code generation. This role involves advancing the capabilities of large language models, applying cutting-edge research techniques, and contributing to the practical application of these models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead research efforts, and directly contribute to developing AI-driven tools for real-world code generation.
 

Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical development and optimization of large language models for automated code generation, especially in the generation of test code.
• Contribute to designing and implementing AI models using supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into deployable AI-driven tools.
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and continuously iterate on model improvements to achieve breakthroughs in test code generation.
• Contribute to publishing research results, writing technical papers, and seeking patent opportunities.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and researchers, supporting their technical growth and career development.
• Work with the team to ensure the scalability and performance of models in real-world applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, bringing new ideas and methodologies to the team.
 

Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience in machine learning, large language models, and code generation, especially in automated test code generation.
• Strong understanding of supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and their practical applications.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying large language models in code generation tasks, particularly for test code generation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively share ideas.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven code generation tools is highly desirable.
