Responsibilities:

• Lead an integration team within the Pathfinding Integration Department (PAINT), focusing on R&D programs and bilateral projects in heterogeneous integration and packaging technologies.
• Provide technical guidance as an experienced process integrator, ensuring excellence in key projects.
• Assign team members to tasks based on project complexity and individual competencies.
• Oversee team activities, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
• Implement and manage HR processes, translating corporate goals into individual performance targets while coaching team members to success.
• Support the professional growth of your team, aligning skill development with project needs to ensure continuity.
• Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and open communication.
• Work closely with project/program managers and unit process team leaders, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
• Communicate status updates, challenges, and key insights to stakeholders, internal customers, and leadership.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Applied or Material Science, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant industrial experience in process integration.
• Proven experience in people management, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
• Ability to set clear goals, maintain structured work planning, and drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate efforts across large teams.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Persuasive and assertive, yet always maintaining a constructive and collaborative attitude.
• Fluency in English is required.
