Regional Sales Manager – Germany (Bavaria-based)

Our client is a global leader and one of the world’s largest distributors in the semiconductor industry.

They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive customer engagement and growth across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage customer activities across the German region
Develop and grow a large sales territory while working remotely
Build and strengthen relationships with key decision makers, partners, and suppliers
Identify opportunities, close complex deals, and drive long-term success for customers and partners
Represent the company with professionalism and passion, both internally and externally
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field (preferred)
Proven track record in business development, sales, and account management within the semiconductor or electronic components sector
Strong ability to work independently from a home office, managing multiple priorities effectively
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex partner and customer networks
Experience closing high-value, strategic deals
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
Highly self-motivated, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment
Positive attitude, quick learner, and a team player who goes the extra mile
Additional Info:
This role is based in Bavaria, with flexibility to work from a home office
Travel required: 50%-60% across Germany
