My client is a silicon IP provider is seeking to hire an exceptional Sales Manager or Sr. Sales Manager to join Silicon IP Sales team in Germany.

You will be candidate will be reporting to the Director of Silicon IP Sales in Europe and the focus of this Sales role is to develop and grow the Silicon IP business, with focus on strategic customer relationships and opportunities. Main responsibility is to achieve assigned sales targets by developing and maintaining customer accounts.

The role is fully remote in Germany, and it is preferred that the successful candidate be based near one of the main transport hubs or major cities in the Semiconductor industry like Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt or Dusseldorf etc.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business growth plans at key strategic accounts.
* Accountable to deliver revenue, gross margin, and design win revenue goals.
* Forecasting long term demand and near-term revenue.
* Responsible for assessing current opportunities, resources, and capabilities needed to meet or exceed sales plan.
* Responsible for developing and executing innovative sales approaches to drive revenue and profitability growth.
* Maintain and grow the existing customer base while increasing focus on pursuing and investing in new high value accounts.
* Work with marketing to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation.
* Build processes to understand customer current/future requirements, detecting market trends among and align product development, manufacturing capabilities, and investment strategy.
* Work closely with the Business Units to successfully introduce new products on critical launch calendars.
* Develop and build senior-level relationships internal and external to major accounts and targets.

Qualifications

* BSEE / MSEE (preferred)
* Demonstrable long-lasting years of experience in semiconductor Sales, customer engagement, or field marketing
* Practical experiences selling semiconductor IP, Foundry, ASIC are a must .
* Experience with PCIe/CXL, memory, security IP and services preferred.
* Experience in detailed forecast and sales opportunity funnel.
* Goal / target oriented, proven track record in customer development as well as strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Strong semiconductor industry network, with pre-existing executive relationship that will translate to improved traction for strategic engagements.
* Strong project management and negotiating skills.
* Familiar with salesforce.com and other sales tools.
* Excellent presentation skills.
