Your Role:
Lead Integration Efforts: Develop and implement novel heterogeneous integration processes for active and passive photonic devices.
Optimize Performance: Define and refine integration architectures to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with world-class teams in design, process engineering, and system architecture.
Drive Innovation: Explore cutting-edge materials and fabrication techniques, pushing the limits of Silicon Photonics.
Manage Projects & Teams: Take charge of timelines, resources, and technical leadership to ensure success.
Communicate & Influence: Prepare detailed reports and compelling presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
What You Bring:
Ph.D. or Master’s in Photonics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Expertise in heterogeneous integration, photonic device fabrication, and laser technology.
Knowledge of quantum dot gain media and Silicon Photonics design tools is a plus.
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
