Job overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Verification Lead to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for driving the verification process for SoC-level designs, with a focus on power management (PMIC), low power systems, and UVM-based testbench creation. You will also manage a small team of engineers while contributing to the overall success of the verification process.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SoC-level verification for complex designs, focusing on PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) and low-power systems.
Develop and implement UVM-based verification environments and testbenches.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, document, and execute verification plans.
Oversee the verification process from requirements gathering to sign-off, ensuring all requirements are met.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 3-4 engineers.
Perform hands-on verification, including creating and running tests, debugging, and resolving issues.
Ensure the verification process is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
Review and approve verification deliverables, including test cases, reports, and coverage analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in verification, with a strong background in SoC-level verification.
Expertise in UVM and creating robust testbenches for complex designs.
Deep understanding of PMIC and low-power verification methodologies.
Strong hands-on experience in functional verification and debugging.
Proven leadership experience, managing a small team (3-4 engineers) while contributing technically.
Experience with writing and executing test plans, tracking requirements, and ensuring functional coverage.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:
Experience with advanced verification techniques and formal verification tools.
Knowledge of SystemVerilog and other relevant verification languages.
Familiarity with industry standards for functional safety and low-power designs.
