ROLE: Technical Project Lead
LOCATION: Hannover / Hamburg / Braunschweig, Germany OR Waalre, Netherlands
SALARY: Negotiable

Looking for a Technical Project Lead to strengthen our design team located in one of the design centers located in Germany or Netherlands. You should have extensive experience in the semiconductor industry to oversee and drive complex technical projects from start to mass production.
You will work closely with R&D, design, production, and quality assurance teams as well as with our international customers to bring innovative solutions to life.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage international projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, production, etc.)
• Provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through to production
• Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and technical challenges to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, key issues, and solutions
• Monitor project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques, adjusting as needed
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members to promote knowledge sharing and development within the team
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or comparable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 2 years in a project leadership or technical leadership role
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, design, and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques (Jira, CodeBeamer, …)
• Experience with EDA tools used in semiconductor design is a plus
