As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize product yields. Your role will involve overseeing process metrics, assisting with material qualifications, and supporting continuous improvement activities to meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and implement the company’s Process Management Systems.
Oversee process metrics to improve product yields and customer satisfaction.
Work with internal teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
Assist with the qualification of new processing materials and gases.
Control incoming product material management Certificates of Conformance.
Ensure compliance with internal non-conformance reporting systems.
Contribute to managing customer returns or quality concerns.
Coordinate with external auditors for compliance systems.
Support the drive for external quality certifications.
Perform ad hoc duties as needed to support business operations and on-time delivery.

Desirable Experience & Skills:
5+ years experience in a complex product manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Quality Standards such as ISO9001 and IATF 16949.
Experience in monitoring and implementing improvements for product yield, scrap, and defect levels.
Proficiency in FMEA and Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Experience in Intellectual Property capture and management is a plus.
