Position Overview:
Join our Digital Power Business Unit and play a pivotal role in the development of advanced electric drive control systems and automotive applications. Your work will involve cutting-edge architectural design, functional safety, and strategic engineering for technologies like drivetrains, DC-AC inverters, fusion driving components, and advanced AI/cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead independent functional safety development for intelligent chassis systems during the concept phase and system-level engineering, including ID/HARA/FSC/TSC/TSR/FMEA/FTA/DFA.
• Define functional safety variation strategies for intelligent chassis systems.
• Develop failure diagnosis strategies and safe state strategies at both system and software levels.
• Collaborate on hardware and software designs for functional safety in intelligent chassis systems, including reviewing designs and test specifications.
• Build and manage functional safety requirement collections, analyses, and system requirement specifications.
• Develop system function modeling and simulation for HARA.
• Design functional safety test scenarios, test cases, and system function verification plans, and assist with integration, subsystem tests, and testing activities.
• Provide technical support during development processes, DV/PV testing, mass production, and after-sales services.
• Conduct research to maintain a leading-edge position in functional safety strategies for intelligent chassis systems.
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in vehicle engineering, mechanical and electronic engineering, automation, electrical and electronic engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in functional safety development for braking systems or chassis electronics, with expertise in ESP/iBooster/IBP/EMB functional safety at the system and software levels.
• Proficiency in the functional safety development of ABS/TCS/ESC systems.
• Solid background in failure monitoring and diagnostic strategies for braking system components related to functional safety.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as CANape/Analyzer, Matlab/Simulink, and CarMaker/CarSim (preferably CarMaker).
• Deep understanding of HARA, FMEA, FTA, and other failure analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and other automotive functional safety standards.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
