We are in search for a Hardware Engineer to be involved in Processing In Memory project to do HW modeling, FPGA
prototyping and performance optimizations.
What you are involved in?
Project to explore advanced technologies with DDR Processing In Memory (PIM) to accelerate LLM
inference
Advanced research topics - targeting next-generation ARM-based multi-processor SoCs.
A R&D team in the Grenoble research institute, focused on key technologies for future SoCs and
promotion of the use of these to improve product competitiveness.
Work areas include: GEM5 modeling, HW accelerator, memory hierarchy including cache and DDR,
HW/SW co-design, FPGA prototyping
Application areas: AI Large Language model inference
This will support your start in our team:
3+ years hardware engineer
Good experience and background in System-on-Chip including HW accelerator, CPU, caches.
Good experience in C/C++ and python for HW modeling and performance profiling.
Strong learning ability to quickly master new areas of knowledge
A strong history of thinking creatively and communicating effectively in a global team environment
