In this role, you will lead cutting-edge research efforts, developing next-generation prototypes where Compute and Storage converge to redefine high-performance, distributed storage and memory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct original research to conceptualize and design pioneering technologies for Compute and Storage Systems, leveraging advancements in technologies such as ultra-low-latency storage, and high-speed interconnects.
Design and prototype scalable, high-performance architectures for distributed memory, ensuring seamless integration with emerging storage mediums and acceleration technologies.
Strategically collaborate with academic partners, drive intellectual property initiatives, and shape our technology roadmap to maintain a competitive edge in high-impact research domains.
Publish high-quality research in top-tier conferences and journals, contributing to the broader research community and advancing knowledge in the field.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a strong research background in systems and/or storage.
Proven research experience in OS, high-performance storage, or data infrastructure, with publications or patents in relevant areas.
Familiarity with server CPU architectures and memory/storage technologies.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in interdisciplinary research teams.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong ability to convey complex research ideas effectively
