This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially or technically minded sales professional currently working within the semiconductor industry to advance their career with an innovative market leading global organisation.
* Direct sales of vacuum sealing solutions, retrofits, upgrades, and service solutions within the German Semiconductor markets.
* Responsible for the execution of strategy, sales goals and KPI’s to achieve annual growth targets.
* Sales-orientated with focus on new contact acquisitions.
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in strategic customer accounts.
* Opportunity generation and management through the sales cycle and CRM.
* Technical and commercial development of customized solutions.
* Collaboration with Business Units to negotiate and close agreements with key accounts.
* Commercial contracts - Preparation, negotiation, and submission.
* Monitoring of the market, and submission to management in relation to competition and macro environment.
* Planning and implementation of product presentations and local trade fairs with support from the HQ.
* Participation in regular sales meetings and assistance in determining the short and medium-term sales planning.
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed commercial or technical studies (Diploma/Masters)
* Minimum of 5 years’ accomplished sales experience in a customer facing role within a Semiconductor related business.
* Strong business acumen, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to develop and grow Key Account business.
* Autonomy and Motivation – Highly motivated and the ability to work unsupervised.
* Solution-orientated thinking.
* Customer centric - face time 70%
* Success driven.
* Good handling of MS Office products and ERP systems
* Excellent English Language skills - verbal and written.
