This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within my client's automotive sales division. As an Automotive Sales Manager - Key Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with key clients across Europe and driving the adoption of my client's cutting-edge automotive technologies.
My client is a world leader in the development and manufacturing of a wide range of electronic components, including integrated circuits, discrete semiconductors, and modules. They are a major player in the automotive electronics sector, providing innovative solutions that support the industry's ongoing advancements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop business within a well-established network of key automotive accounts in Europe.
- Spearhead design-in initiatives by fostering strong relationships across all customer levels, from R&D to management.
- Achieve assigned sales budget and design-in targets.
- Represent my client at industry events and trade shows, and lead annual pricing negotiations.
- Collaborate with the key account team to implement and refine internal key account strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in emerging automotive applications.
- Provide comprehensive support to customer design-in efforts by leveraging the expertise of product managers and field application engineers.
- Articulate and promote the value proposition of my client's solutions compared to competitors.
- Consolidate customer requirements and communicate them effectively to the marketing department and product managers.
- Play a part in defining new product development roadmaps to ensure continuous innovation and market fit.
You Are:
- A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- Proven experience in technical sales within the semiconductor industry is essential.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English or German.
- Prior experience in the automotive market is a strong advantage.
