Senior High-Speed Signal Integrity Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for the high-speed;112Gbps+; interconnection technology innovation of ICT products;
•Lead the system high-speed interconnection architecture, design of future high-speed serial interface systems;
•Lead feasibility demonstration of key interconnection technologies;technology solutions for High-speed link, High-bandwidth passive channel modeling, high-speed signal simulation technology
•Technology roadmap and projects planning for High-speed interconnection, technical insights into high-speed systems.

Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, PhD preferred. Majored in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, Electromagnetic Science, etc. Work experience more than 8 years.
2. In-deep knowledge and Extensive experience in system Hardware architecture design of telecom/communication products;
3. Extensive experience of 56Gbps and beyond High-speed product/prototype development; Successful experience in 56Gbps+ product delivery
4. Be Familiar with key High-speed components, such as SerDes, High-speed ASIC, Package, PCB and Connector
5. Better if experience in IEEE 802.3/OIF-CEI standards;Common Electrical I/O (CEI)-224G or InfiniBand
6. Technology Enthusiast. Curiosity, ability, motivation to bring significant contribution in your field of expertise
7. Academic background and willing to participate to conferences, industry events
