- CNC Programming for Experience with Multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines
- Providing essential shop floor support to CNC machine operators
- Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce / eliminate non-conformances
- Good understanding of GD&T
- Develop / improve standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Proficient in using CATIA V5
- TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage
- Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain
- Extensive experience with on-machine probing
- Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques
