- Develop advanced CMM programs using ZEISS Calypso software to inspect aerospace metal components and assemblies.
- Apply strong GD&T skills according to ISO and ASME standards to ensure accurate and reliable measurements
- Conduct first article inspections and generate detailed inspection reports for aerospace components
- Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
- Maintain and update CMM programs, documentation, and records in accordance with aerospace industry standards
- Proven experience in ZEISS Calypso software - at least with Calypso Basic certificate (Advanced, Curve/Freeform, Planner is advantage) experience operating ZEISS CMMs (Accura, Contura or Prismo) with a fixed head
- Experience in APQP, providing inputs to the PFD-PFMEA-CP
- GD&T as per ISO and ASME standards
