Senior Process Integration Engineer

You will formulate the structure and approach for process developments required to meet challenging technical deliverables for new product developments. This is a critical role to ensure robust product development to meet demanding technical product performance and reliability.
• Accountable for robust process developments, and managing interactions between individual process modules
• Responsible for overall process performance for areas of project responsibility
• Ensure new process introductions are based on robust data and risk analysis
• Ensure robust change control in a highly dynamic environment
• Development of process strategy to meet the needs of the business technical roadmap
• Lead structured problem resolution across process cell boundaries
• Responsible for overall process documentation integrity for allocated projects
• Ensure that the impact of process design on device performance is properly characterised for new developments
To be considered you will need the following:
• Minimum of first Degree qualification in a relevant physical science
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in semiconductor processing (This can include Si, SiGe, or MEMS, however preference will be given to III-V and in particular InP experience)
• Demonstrable practical experience of a wide range of Wafer Fabrication processes;
• Understanding of the impact of fabrication processes on device results;
• Ability to collate data and convey the information clearly and accurately;
• Proven track record for delivering development programs on time;
• Demonstrable leadership and communication skills;
• Experience in statistical control (SPC) of processes
