As a Hardware Senior Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in our Wireless Internet of Things (W-IoT) Business Unit. Lead a team of digital design engineers, collaborating closely with experts across various disciplines to drive the development of advanced wireless communication solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of digital design engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Drive the design process from RTL specification to synthesis, verification, and FPGA implementation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.
• Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital design
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical lead or managerial position.
• Proficiency in Verilog and understanding of digital design principles.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong grasp of design flows and methodologies.
• Familiarity with SOC architecture and FPGA implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English.
• Authorization to work in France
