Our client, a global leader in high-performance RF power solutions, is seeking a talented Distribution Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Europe. You'll play a pivotal role in securing design wins, strengthening customer partnerships, and expanding their market reach.
Here's what you'll do:
- Manage a large customer base across Europe through Ampleon's distribution partners, achieving ambitious business objectives.
- Champion Ampleon's technology by generating demand for RF projects and driving design wins within your accounts.
- Foster strong relationships by engaging with customer design teams and other key stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between customers and the Sales & Marketing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize design wins, leading to sustainable market share growth.
- Collaborate with internal resources to analyze market trends, define promotional strategies, and align product roadmaps.
- Support the marketing team with insights on market intelligence and competitive landscapes.
- Share best practices and continuously evolve your skills by collaborating with colleagues across the organization.

Are You the Right Fit?
- A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in Europe, leveraging distribution channels to achieve sales success.
- Experience managing customers across diverse territories and industries within Europe, Israel, and India.
- At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor/component industry, ideally with a focus on selling RF power amplifiers in Europe.
- An international mindset with the cultural savvy to conduct business effectively across Europe.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in electronics or a technology-related field.
- In-depth understanding of RF power amplifiers and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation and writing abilities in English. Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
- A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a collaborative and open approach.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and engage stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- A driven and passionate individual who thrives on setting and achieving challenging goals, demonstrating persistence in overcoming obstacles.
- The ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
